My first Q: to what extent my accesibility to school in Alachua county has an impact on my taxes for the house

2) Also, I am the owner of a house in Valwood sub   At 5405 SW 76 Ter. 
Gainesville, Fl 32608 
At this time this house is for sale. 
The  property next to my house looks disturbing and I believe this is a very 
discouraging factor for  possible buyers. I contacted the Alachua County code enforcement and made a n official  complain and I believe that Alachua county will be able to resolve this problem.  

Also,
I would like to say that the way my initial conversation with the official representative of Alachua county wss not appropriate. I felt that I was treated like an intruder rather than a tax payer of my county. 
And I ask for an explanation of this.
