This is a photo I took in October 2018 of a sign that Peter Min put up on the the West End Golf Course property facing Newberry Road. This was more than a year before the golf course closed and is a clear indication that as of the date this sign was erected Mr. Min had made the decision to try to sell the property as a commercial parcel even though he knew that it was zoned for Recreation.
